Our Evergreen Investment Fund invests in institutional-quality commercial properties. We focus on prime retail sector properties and retail fulfillment, emphasizing the resilient sub-sectors of retail parks, supermarkets, DIY, retail fulfilment, and dominant shopping centers.

Our Core / Core+ retail strategy targets returns of 6% - 10% IRR and focuses on retail assets that provide income protection and growth, providing a straightforward asset management upside (i.e., refurbishment or re-leasing).

Our Evergreen Retail Fund provides both geographical and sector diversification by investing in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) markets of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Germany, and Romania. It also allows us to enter other markets and asset classes opportunistically.
